Zestivals: Mardi Gras Balcony Parties
Get ready for the premier, absolute best balcony party on the Strand! Our parties are known as Zestivals and are hosted by Z Krewe of Galveston! We have one of the largest balconies available. The party price includes:
- A full open bar with premium liquor, beer, wine, water, coffee, and soft drinks,
- DJ and dancing,
- Dinner and all-time snacks,
- Entrance to the Strand.
- Guaranteed time on the balcony,
- Clean restrooms (no porta-potties),
- Beads for sale.
There may be bead shortages this year. You can lock in your supply of beads now through a special ticket package that includes the above plus 25 dozen beads, 2 bead bags and a select Krewe Theme bead for an additional $100. The beads and bags will be at the party for your pick up when you check-in.

Ball
Our annual ball is not to be missed! This is a formal black-tie or elegant costume related to this year's theme. The cost for the ball is included in Member's dues. Tickets are available for guests at $190 each.

Beads for Sale
Everyone needs beads! Z Krewe has throwing beads and specialty Krewe-related and theme beads for sale to the Krewe. Beads are sold to the general public at our premiere balcony parties known as Zestivals.
For Members only: Click on the picture to the left to see beads for sale and to place your order. NOTE: Due to problems of timely shipments from China, it is advised to order your beads ASAP. If we run out, it may be difficult to get the same bead.
2022 Z Krewe Poster Contest
Our poster contest is open to all. The theme this year is
"Once Upon Z Time-Fairytales, Nursery Rhymes and Bedtime Stories". The winner is chosen by the Krewe and will receive $250.
